Day 4 Of Being Intentionally Thankful – November 4, 2013

.
Today, I’m thankful for leftovers that I can quickly turn into a re-created meal. In this case, homemade chili that’s warming in the slow cooker.  Oh…bonus. It’s also a Real Meal Deal.

Thank you, Lord!

Now….

should I make Chili Mac by stirring in cooked macaroni pasta

Or

should I make Rice & Chili Cheese Bake by cooking up long grain rice, layering it with the chili in a casserole dish and topping with a generous layer of shredded sharp cheddar, then baking until cheese is bubbly?

Hmmm…..and Mmmm!

Until next time….enjoy your at home world and be #IntentionallyThankful

I'm a fun-loving Christian wife and homeschooling mom, the founder, CEO and owner of Neos Creations Skin Care, and the founder of At Home Woman, a community and ministry for women. I love what I do and I do what I love. Although passionate about many things, my greatest passions are my roles as a christian, a wife, a mother and an independent small business owner. You will get to know me as I unfold before you on these pages. Since I'm often told that I'm a talker, I do hope that comes out through my fingertips as I write about my industry on the Neos Creations blog and reveal myself, my life and the world as I see it on the At Home Woman blog.

  1. YES! I am So grateful for my crock pot, as we northerners call it. I can throw stuff in it in the morning and come home after work to a hot meal. We need to trade recipes!

    • Most folks around here call it “crock pot” too. I often call it a slow cooker for the world at large and crock pot around home. Yes….We could do that. Or you could guest post a recipe for my readers. *wink* Pretty please!!! It’ll get good coverage and mileage for you and your blog/business. You know how to reach me.
